Introduction In this experiment we examined the basic functions of FET and MOS transistors in order to design logic gates. Especially we studied on MOSFET and CMOS inverters and MOSFET gates. List of Equipment and Parts Used:
- Breadboard
- Digital Multi Meter(DMM)
- BS107 MOSFET
- Power Supply
- 1.0kohm resistor
Procedure:
We set up the circuit as shown in figure below in and give Vin from 0 to 12V by 1V Then we record the values of Vout and fill the datas to table below
Discussion and Conclusion:
In Figure 1 when we applied variable voltages we observed that increasing the input voltage value causes decrease to the output voltage. From that information we can co
