Vbulletin 3.7.3 Hatası Yardım.!

Beyler Vbulletin 3.7.3 sürümünü kurdum /install/install.php den siteyi kuramıyorum.Config hatası diye düşündüm ama config.php bana göre hata yok herşey tam aca bunun nedeni ne olabilir hata bu :

Configuration: includes/config.php does not exist. Please fill out the data in config.php.new and rename it to config.php
