If your at minimum spec, go into the options from the start splash screen and choose performance. If you have a good system choose quality.
This is a fan-created installer of Sexy Beach 3 with all the addons and features possible. Make sure you read the entire post to avoid having any problems. Extract the iso starting with the 001 file with 7zip, mount with your favorite virtual drive software, run the autorun.exe on the iso, install .net framework and directx, and then install the game. I decided to upload this because the original post is only for the regular version of Sexy Beach 3 and the CEE post does not include any of the addons/patches and that post makes you install the english patch manually. This version is an easy-to-use installer that has everything possible included. This game works in Windows 2000, XP, Vista, and 7.
Here is an excerpt from the info.txt document on the iso:
This install includes Sexy Beach 3 with Plus, Gravure, Flash, Xmas, Valentine and Cosplay Addons.
It was originally just 3 folder torrent with no installer, not patched, not modded. So i patched/modded the game and created simple installer to make it all easy for everyone to enjoy this great game. There is no “patch this, run this, edit this”, just install and play
This install is patched with english patch 3.3 so game is already in english.
Also SB3 Wizzard and some ready to install mods is included for easy modding.
These 3 mods are already applied to game:
[SB3][Clothes][All girls][Valentine Set][wurlox]
[SB3][Clothes][All Girls][Cosplay Set][wurlox][darkhound][v1.1]
[SB3][CG][All Girls][uncnsor CG][took][v1.0]
The SB3 Wizzard has a save game modifier so you can unlock everything if you wish to do so and you can enable additional mods from it too.
Note: For users with good graphics cards, add “sb3plus xmas.exe” to your Nvidia/ATI control panel and crank up the AF/AA/multisampling settings to make it look even better. Do the same for “SB3G xmas.exe” for Gravure. Here is an Example
Also: If your in the outfit screen and have unlocked everything, holding down one of the bottom rows of keys ( Z – / ) and clicking default will put on a special outfit, You can also hold down the right mouse button and one of those keys to put on a different outfit. The A and S keys will equip the Santa and Valentines outfits.
One more thing: If you notice your girls are all or partially naked without you having done anything, check the settings and make sure muff glasses is at 100% and pareo and clothes are turned on. No idea why that setting is like that by default.
Another tip: Disable your antivirus before installing in case it messes it up.

This is full @Home Mate by ILLUSION. Fully installed it will take 3.2 GB of HDD
After install the game is in english (read mod info), fully uncensored and ready to play
With this installer a Illusion Wizzard will be installed with the newest PPExtractor and ready to install mods.
Basic needed mod to play have been already installed and should show up on the Wizzard.

As an extra option, you can also install @Home Mate Special (also known as @Home Mate Photo) and Esk Mate.
I also included couple trainers and other tools.
Make sure you have all of the net frameworks installed. Different parts of the game (mods, trainers, wizzard, launchers) need different .NET Framework to run. I included all the basic .NET frameworks with this DVD.

Make sure you read WiKi FIRST before you start asking any stupid questions like "how do i install this" or "how do i play".

Translation is not fully completed but i installed the latest version before creating this installer.
If the newest versions will be out, then you can install them on your own.

If you install the @Home Mate Special, then the current interface is not translated fully. Still it is not that hard to figure it out.

IMPORTANT: The Subtitle Overlay Mod includes no subtitles whatsoever. It was included only because of possible future subtitles and because it has some nice cheat options (like girl tit size). It is highly unlikely that there will ever be translated any dialog for this game. Run the game with subtitles to enable you to cheat.
