2. http://download.windowsupdate.com/m..._13015cb75811f874c83fdd679beb4c22c930a57c.exe adresinden türkçe dil paketini indirin
3. vistalizator programını açıp add languages kısmından türkçe dil paketini seçin
4. mode kısmındaki internal'e tıklayarak express olarak değiştirin.
5. install language deyin ve dili aktif hale getirin, bilgisayarınızı yeniden başlattığınızda dil paketiniz kurulu hale gelecek.
